1. Overview of AI Applications
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now a part of many tools we use every day — from search engines and email apps to websites and smartphones. What started as advanced research is now helping people write, create, and organize more efficiently. For a nonprofit like NAEH, it’s important to understand both the helpful ways AI can support our mission and the limits of where and how it should be used.
- Content Creation: Tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Copy.ai assist in drafting and refining written content.
- Image Creation: Generative platforms such as DALL·E, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly allow for visual depiction of esoteric principles without relying on stock imagery.
- Video Creation: Applications like Artlist, Pika Labs, and Synthesia enable high-quality educational content production on a limited budget.
- Ethical Boundaries: Deepfake technologies are expressly forbidden in our work due to their potential for deception and violation of spiritual integrity.
2. AI in Business Operations
AI enhances organizational efficiency through workflow automation and simple data processing. For example:
- Administrative tools can assist with scheduling, email composition, or basic Q&A chat functions.
- AI algorithms can interpret trends from large data sets — but at NAEH, this remains a human task. We rely on careful, person-led analysis rather than algorithmic prediction or profiling.
This conservatism is deliberate, grounded in our values of ethical discernment and conscious stewardship of technology.
3. How Tech Giants Use AI — and Why NAEH Doesn’t
Companies like Amazon, Google, and Meta (Facebook) have integrated AI into nearly every facet of their operations:
- Amazon: Uses AI for hyper-personalized shopping experiences and voice assistants.
- Google: AI powers search algorithms, autocomplete tools like Smart Compose, and photo recognition.
- Meta (Facebook): Applies AI to curate news feeds, moderate content, and micro-target advertisements.
These applications are driven by business models that require personalization and behavioral analysis to drive sales, advertising revenue, and user engagement.
NAEH, by contrast, has no such business case. We do not sell commercial products or services, nor do we monetize behavioral data. Our work is guided by a spiritual mission, not market metrics. Because our objectives are educational, ethical, and service-oriented—not commercial—there is no operational requirement to leverage AI in the ways tech giants do. Our AI use is limited, conscious, and always subject to human oversight.
4. Introduction: Why We’re Talking About AI
Artificial Intelligence is transforming how organizations communicate, manage information, and operate online. Yet within the spiritually oriented field of Esoteric Healing, such tools must be approached with care, humility, and transparency.
This document explains how NAEH uses AI in a limited and ethical manner. It also reflects our commitment to remaining aligned with our mission while navigating technological change responsibly.
5. What Is AI? (In Simple Terms)
AI refers to software systems that simulate certain aspects of human intelligence — including learning from data, making predictions, writing text, or recognizing patterns.
Common forms include:
- Machine Learning: Algorithms that improve with experience
- Natural Language Processing: Allows AI to understand and generate human language
- Generative AI: Capable of creating original content like text, images, or video
But AI lacks moral discernment or spiritual consciousness — which is why, at NAEH, its use is always subject to human review.
6. How NAEH Uses AI
We currently use AI only in select, well-defined ways:
- Content Editing & Drafting: Tools like ChatGPT help modify or generate draft content. Human review is required, especially to maintain spiritual accuracy.
- Image & Video Creation: We use platforms like DALL·E and Runway ML to create visual content aligned with esoteric themes. All outputs are reviewed for conceptual accuracy.
- SEO Optimization: Yoast SEO helps us improve web visibility using AI-generated suggestions.
- Web Design Tools: Kadence WP assists in designing intuitive, clean layouts via AI block generation.
7. Use of AI in Membership Management (Glue Up)
We use Glue Up to manage events, member communication, and engagement tracking. AI features include:
- Email and survey text suggestions
- A simple co-pilot tool for admin assistance
Importantly, Glue Up’s AI is not used for profiling, targeting, or behavioral prediction. It simply helps streamline basic admin workflows.

8. AI-Enhanced Website Tools
Our website incorporates trusted tools that use AI to improve usability, SEO, and layout design:
- Yoast SEO: Helps improve content visibility in search engines.
- Kadence WP: Provides content block generation tools.
We do not use AI to track individual users or personalize website content beyond basic anonymous data via Google Analytics.
9. What We Don’t Use AI For
- No deepfake technologies
- No individualized behavioral tracking
- No automated decision-making that impacts member access, participation, or visibility
All AI-generated content, visual or written, passes through human review for accuracy and appropriateness.
10. Privacy and Analytics
NAEH only uses aggregated, anonymized data to answer simple business questions, such as:
- How many people are opening our emails?
- Are members engaging with certain website articles?
- What percentage of members are registering for events?
These insights are used to improve offerings — never to profile individuals or tailor sales pitches.
Data sources include:
- Google Analytics
- Glue Up
- Built-in social media platform analytics
