The National Esoteric Healing Certification Program has been developed to provide Esoteric Healing practitioners with a credible, verifiable process to professionalize and standardize the principles and practice of Esoteric Healing.

Esoteric Healing courses have been offered for more than 25 years in both the United States and abroad. Students completing each of the 4 courses simply receive a certificate of attendance and a course syllabus.  While there are ethical and competent practitioners that have developed as a result of these offerings, there is no mechanism or process in place to ensure that all those who are practicing Esoteric Healing are proficient and competent to do so in a comprehensive and verifiable way.

In order to move Esoteric Healing (energy medicine) to a place of credibility, competency and quality, the National Association for Esoteric Healing has developed a Certification Program for those Esoteric Healing students who wish to verify their competency in this field. Following the completion of the required Esoteric Healing courses, Esoteric Healing practitioners can apply for a Certificate in Esoteric Healing.    

Applications for Certification are accepted twice per year, with the following annual deadlines:

  • June 1
  • November 1

A Summary of TIMELINES FOR THE 2024 – 2025 CERTIFICATION PROCESS:

  1. Applications accepted anytime by:  June 1, 2025 Group 1. November 1, 2025 Group 2 (must have completed EH Classes 1-4)
  2. COE – TBD for both Groups
  3. Part 2 materials due – see handbook for timelines:  January 7, 2026 Group 1 and June 7, 2026 Group 2
  4. Part 3 Testing fee is due by January 15, 2026 Group 1 and July 15, 2026 Group 2
  5. Part 3 Essay Take Home Test will be emailed to candidates – February 8, 2026 Group 1 and July 8, 2026 Group 2
  6. Part 3 Essay Take Home Test must be completed and returned by email – February 22, 2026 and July 22, 2026 Group 2
  7. Part 3 Written and Practical tests and Final Interview completed online via Zoom: TBD April 2026 Group 1 and TBD September 2026 Group 2

To keep your Certified Practitioner of Esoteric Healing (CPEH) status current and in good standing, the following requirements must be met:

  • Maintain Active Membership
    Continue your membership with the National Association for Esoteric Healing (NAEH) at the Professional Level throughout your certification period.
  • Conference Participation
    Attend at least one NAEH Annual Conference every four years. These gatherings offer essential opportunities for continuing education, professional connection, and alignment with the evolving field of Esoteric Healing.
  • Certification Renewal Fee
    Submit a $35 certification renewal fee every four years to support ongoing credentialing and administrative services.

By fulfilling these requirements, you demonstrate your commitment to professional excellence, ongoing growth, and the integrity of the Esoteric Healing tradition.

For those that have lapsed their Certification

Re-instatement of Met Requirements for Certification Practitioner of Esoteric Healing,   NAEH

  1. Complete the Objective Question List by clicking on the link below (required):

    Re-Instatement Questionnaire  The answers will be subject to committee discussion to evaluate and administer extra steps to support the practitioner to come into a current status of their requirements.  In some cases, a submission of an Esoteric Healing Session log and/or Testing may be required.
  2. CPEH to attend at least one Conference every 4 years (or purchase at least one Conference Video and listen to it in its entirety) or take a class 3 or higher.
  • Purchase a Conference Video by contacting info@naeh.org (Availability of Conference Video and the year of the conference to be determined by the Conference Committee)
  • Once purchased and received, a link will be sent to the practitioner and the practitioner will be asked to view the conference in its entirety
  • The Practitioner to submit info to the Certification committee if they have purchased and viewed the video or have taken a class certificate of completion

3. Submission of payment of $35 CPEH fee and continue to pay this fee 1 in every 4 years or submit a Case Review according to Certification guidelines and final approval by the certification committee (which would include three Esoteric Healing Sessions).  There will be no required retro-active fee for years missed.

4. Fulfill the requirement to become a Professional member and pay the annual membership fee and agree to membership Code of Ethics and any other documents as indicated by Membership committee.  There will be no required retro-active fee for years missed.

5. Maintain a Yearly Professional Membership – see membership requirements

In 2017, a survey was conducted among Certified Practitioners of Esoteric Healing (CPEH) to explore their experiences with the certification program. The survey not only gathered feedback on the structure and value of the program itself but also invited practitioners to share how the journey of “becoming and being” a Certified Practitioner has impacted their lives—personally, spiritually, and professionally.

Respondents spoke deeply about the inner transformation they experienced through the certification process. Many described a strengthened connection to their soul, greater clarity in their healing work, and an increased sense of purpose and alignment in their lives. Others highlighted how the certification brought a new level of integrity, confidence, and depth to their Esoteric Healing practice.

The results affirm that certification is more than a credential—it is a path of inner growth, professional refinement, and soul-centered service.
