Esoteric Healing – Part 1 (Online)

Purpose and Description of Class:
The Introduction to Esoteric Healing Part 1 class offers an introduction to the body’s energy centers—you may be more familiar with the word “chakras” —and how they relate to your physical health, emotions, your mind and personal spiritual growth. You’ll explore how these centers connect to your glands, organs, and body systems, and how they reflect your mental and emotional patterns.
You’ll learn simple, practical ways to:
• Tune into your soul’s guidance
• Sense the levels of the energy fields of yourself and others
• Create energetic triangles to provide balance within the energy field
• The importance of using your ajna center to assist with balancing
• Understand and balance the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of others and for yourself.
We’ll also cover some basic human anatomy, introduce you to meditation, begin to explore the Constitution of the Human Being, and look at the deeper roots of illness—and what it might be telling you about your inner life and soul journey.
Learning about and understanding the Constitution of the Human Being helps us to begin to understand the connection of spirit and matter – bringing spirit into matter. This constitution has 7 planes of consciousness – beginning with the dense physical body up to the consciousness of the Divine. Wow! We are so much more than these physical bodies.
You will also learn how to do this hands-off energy-balancing technique on another person as well as on yourself, as an in person session or as a remote/ distance Esoteric Healing session. And you’ll learn how to provide an Esoteric Healing session on animals.
No prior experience is necessary for this first class—just bring an open mind and a curiosity to learn!
January 12: Part 1 online self-paced videos start.
February 16 – 5:30-8:00pm EST: “live” Zoom class. Includes introductions and opening practical – Balance Centers and grounding on a partner.
March 6, 7, 8 – 9:00-5:30pm EST: “live” Zoom class .
March 12 – 5:30-8pm EST: “Live” Zoom class. Putting it all together, Q&A, and give and receive a full Esoteric Healing Session over Zoom.
