NAEH Group Meditation (Online)

Step into a space of peace, presence, and purpose. Each 30-minute session weaves together the power of silence and guided invocation to support your alignment with Soul and Source. We begin by centering individually and as a group in the Heart Center—opening ourselves to divine presence through alignment and attunement.
Together, we welcome the unseen yet ever-present support of Angels, Helpers, Masters, Teachers, and Guides. From this sacred ground, each meditation leader gently guides the group forward in a way that feels inspired and intuitively aligned.
Our time concludes with a shared recitation of The Great Invocation, followed by the sacred sounding of three OMs—sending the energies awakened and anchored during our meditation out into the world, where they are most needed.
