Class starts with self-paced videos (90min total) followed by 2 “live” sessions. The first 3 hour session is held “live” over ZOOM. We will then meet for a second 90min session over Zoom to expand on the skills learned during the first session, answer questions and practice with other classmates. This course includes 6 hours of training total.
No prior experience is necessary for this first class—just bring an open mind and a curiosity to learn!
