Group Meditation Audio Archive
Welcome to the NAEH Group Meditation Archive—a sacred space where you can revisit and engage with the subtle power of group alignment, invocation, and shared service.
Each 30-minute recording features a unique blend of guided and silent meditation, led by a rotating group of dedicated practitioners. The meditations begin with individual and group centering in the Heart Center, followed by alignment and attunement to the Soul and Source. Together, we open to the presence of the Angels, Helpers, Masters, Teachers, and Guides who support this work.
From this unified field, each meditation leader then follows the guidance of their own inner knowing—leading the group “as it seems right to them.” These sessions offer both structure and spontaneity, rooted in the timeless rhythms of the Ageless Wisdom.
We close each meditation by joining in The Great Invocation and sounding three OMs, sending the gathered energies out in blessing to all who need light, healing, and upliftment.
