About Me

My esoteric healing journey has really been the culmination of more than two decades of work that began back in 2002, when I first stepped into the world of spiritual healing. What started as a sincere search for understanding gradually became a lifelong vocation—one that led me into transpersonal hypnosis, consulting hypnosis with the National Guild of Hypnotists, and specialised training in pain management and regression work. Along the way, I earned a Licentiate Diploma in Acupuncture from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture, and later deepened the academic side of my path with an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies from the University of Northampton in the UK. In 2020, I felt called to bring all of this together in a more dedicated way, and I was ordained as an Interfaith Spiritualist Minister after completing seminary training with the Holistic Studies Institute in New York City. What I do now is really the weaving-together of everything that has shaped me—spiritual, professional, academic, and experiential.

Video – Making Sense of Spiritually Transformative Experiences

In recent years, Dr. Yvonne Kason has helped bring much-needed clarity to a topic that many people have experienced privately yet rarely speak about publicly: Spiritually Transformative Experiences, or STEs. She describes STEs as moments in which a person’s consciousness suddenly expands beyond its usual boundaries—sometimes gently, sometimes dramatically—in ways that feel unmistakably real, deeply intimate, and often life-altering. These events can open the heart, awaken spiritual perception, or reveal dimensions of guidance and presence that are normally hidden from everyday awareness.

Yet despite how common these episodes truly are, a silent stigma surrounds them. Many people who have had profound encounters—whether mystical, visionary, or consciousness-expanding—struggle to share them. They fear being misunderstood, dismissed, or pathologized. Without a safe context, people may end up suffering in silence, carrying insights that changed them on the inside but that they feel unable to articulate on the outside.

That is why I felt called to create this video.

What I’m about to share includes three formative experiences in my own life:
• A Higher-Self / Spirit-Guide / Holy-Ghost encounter
• A “thinning of the veil” moment, where the boundary between the physical and subtle worlds briefly dissolved
• A spontaneous remote-viewing episode, uninvited yet unmistakably clear

These experiences were not the result of techniques, rituals, or deliberate seeking. They arrived unexpectedly, unannounced—just as they often do for sincere spiritual aspirants around the world. My purpose in sharing them is simple: to let you know that such experiences are not rare, not signs of instability, and not unique to any one person. They are part of a much wider human story, one that becomes easier to navigate when we realise we’re not alone.

If even one person feels understood or less isolated because of this video, then the vulnerability of sharing these moments will have been worthwhile.

Once my friends, family members and acquaintances knew I had a sincere interest in the subject and that their experiences would be received without judgment, something opened. What emerged were sincere, often very private accounts of moments that felt guided, protective, or deeply sacred. My intention in writing Has Anyone Seen My Soul? is to honour these stories and offer them in a respectful, grounded way. These testimonies are not presented as proof of anything, but as reminders that many people quietly encounter the subtle presence of the soul in unexpected and deeply personal ways.

When viewed through a wider spiritual lens, the growing number of near-death experiences, mystical encounters, and other spiritually transformative events may suggest that humanity is entering a period long anticipated by many of the world’s traditions. Christianity speaks of the Reappearance of the Christ; Buddhism awaits the Maitreya Buddha; Hinduism looks toward the next great Avatar; and other religions foresee the emergence of a guiding, enlightened teacher at a time of planetary need. The increasing frequency of these inner experiences may be one of the signs that this time is drawing closer.
