The following outlines the expectations of membership and how we protect your privacy as part of our ongoing commitment to integrity and service.
🧭 Responsibilities and Privileges of Membership
Membership with the National Association for Esoteric Healing is extended to individuals who uphold the NAEH Code of Ethics and conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and integrity.
By maintaining membership, you agree to:
- Abide by the NAEH Code of Ethics and all relevant policies.
- Treat fellow members, clients, and the public with dignity and respect.
- Use NAEH member resources and benefits in alignment with our mission.
Failure to comply with these expectations may result in suspension or termination of your membership and/or access to NAEH-sponsored services and platforms.
🖥️ Member Access via GlueUp
As a benefit of membership, NAEH provides access to a secure Member Portal hosted by GlueUp, where members can:
- Update contact and professional information.
- Register for events, renew membership, or access private communications.
- Connect with other members through the community platform.
To maintain the integrity of the GlueUp portal:
- Your login credentials must remain confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, you agree to notify NAEH promptly.
Any misuse of the platform—including violations of the NAEH Code of Ethics or inappropriate conduct—may result in restricted access or removal from the platform.
🔒 Privacy and Information Safeguarding
NAEH is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its members. In the course of managing the Association, we collect information from:
- Membership applications and renewals
- Event registration and participation
- Payment processors and service vendors
We do not sell personal data, and only share nonpublic information when necessary to:
- Deliver member services (e.g., certifications, event support)
- Work with authorized service providers
- Fulfill legal or regulatory obligations
