NAEH grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with our mission. You may view, download, and print materials for your personal reference, provided you do not alter or remove any copyright or trademark notices.

  • Do not use the Site in violation of any laws or in ways that harm NAEH or other users.

Membership in NAEH is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. However, public browsing and access to non-restricted content is open to learners of all ages.

  • Represent that it is original or you have permission to post it.
  • Agree not to post anything unlawful, obscene, or harmful.

4. Member Services and Portal Access (GlueUp)

Access to member-only content and services requires login credentials via the GlueUp platform. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

NAEH may suspend or terminate access to the member portal for violations of these Terms or misuse of member benefits.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, video, design elements, course materials, and logos—is the intellectual property of NAEH or its contributors. It is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Do not copy or republish materials without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

This Site is for educational and informational purposes only. Esoteric Healing is an energy-based practice that supports balance within the human energy field. It is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Some NAEH members may also be licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., doctors, nurses). In such cases, Esoteric Healing may be integrated into care within their licensed scope of practice. However, unless clearly stated, sessions and trainings are not medical services.

7. Independent Events by Members and Practitioners

NAEH-certified practitioners and members may organize their own events, such as workshops or retreats. These are not considered official NAEH events unless expressly stated.

We ask members to clearly distinguish independent offerings from NAEH-sponsored activities to preserve clarity and protect the integrity of our standards.

8. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Refunds for events, memberships, or services are governed by terms presented at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Membership and Event refunds may be issued within a stated window and may be subject to a processing fee.
  • Returned checks or disputed transactions may incur a fee of $35 or 10% of the transaction total, whichever is greater.

9. Newsletter and Communication Preferences

When you sign up for our newsletter or email communications, we retain your contact information to share news, resources, and event information. If you do not interact with our emails for over 12 months, we may remove your email address from our list to ensure we only reach those who wish to stay connected.
